Started with a heart for kids and to provide the best baseball experience in NOCO. Mission Successful.
What makes the Rush different.
Development.
We take development seriously. Development done correctly will yield incredible results, both on and off the field. Baseball is a complex and difficult game, so committing to a process that builds up, teaches, and help grow kids into their best selves as an athlete, player, and person is the long term value over wins, averages, and stats.
Experienced Coaches.
Our coaches have a wealth of experience coaching at all levels and possess years of competitive youth baseball experience at championship level play. New coaches to the organization receive specific training and support from our Board as well as our Director of Baseball Operations.
Track Record of Success.
At a baseline, Rush players improve consistently, have fun each season, and families are coming together as community. We’ve also won a lot of tournaments and even a few world series…but most importantly, our players are prepared for high school ball and have moved to varsity more quickly than players from other sources.
Resources.
We are blessed to have a wealth of baseball knowledge in our club, but we are also well connected in the baseball community in northern Colorado and beyond. Connection with high school and college coaches as well as access to the right tools, gear, and assets, has put us in a great position to guide players in their baseball journey.
Character.
The players who have the most success long term are the ones with the abilities to overcome fear & failure, process lots of information to make good decisions, get along well with teammates, and who learn to do the right thing regardless of the result. Everything counts, so players with strong character in addition to their skill and athletic ability, rise to the top.
Balance.
The number one question of college coaches is whether players play multiple sports. The ability to be well rounded in sports and life allows kids to develop holistically. We will never encourage kids to only play baseball and some things in life come first. Family, school, church, and then play, but let’s not pretend that baseball is the end all be all, no matter how much we all love the game.
